Please detail exactly what lettering you want to have placed in the lowest or main line of text on the back of the cap, 25 characters maximum, include punctuation and spaces. This line is usually used for the regiment. Where possible, using good judgement we complete abbreviations. OH Becomes OHIO. Cav. Becomes Cavalry. We prefer to add REGT. to the end where appropriate. We have found these small changes make for a better looking final product.
Use this entry to add a 2nd optional layer of text above the main or lowest level. This is the line usually used for a relatives name and rank, Or Unit nickname, or unit motto.

Add an optional third line of rear text to any custom hat. This will become the top line of three. It Can be an individuals name, the unit commander, or a unit motto, anything you like.

Our standard high quality, flex fit, wool blend, cap product, in Union Dark Navy. All Hats feature the puff embroidered branch logo of your choice, either the Infantry hunters horn, the Cavalry crossed saber, Artillery’s crossed cannons, or our Naval forces hat. All designs feature our raised metallic gold thread. Customer can detail any unit to be added to the back panel. Infantry caps will be customized in Infantry light blue, cavalry units will be customized in cavalry yellow, Artillery caps will be in the trim color of the cap, the trim color for the Naval hats is white. The Customer can also select the thread color of their choice. All caps are available with a variety of side logos on the side panel. Yes, we do custom side logos, so if you have a special idea, just let us know, and we can discuss.
Custom Product Delivery: Please remember, you are ordering a custom product that will have to be made. please allow 2 weeks from time of order to receipt of customized product (4 days for custom embroidery and 4 additional days (average) for shipment to your location). The 2 weeks includes weekends or holidays. Caps have been running about 9 days from order to delivery, sometimes less.
Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL
Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.
S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.
L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4 to 7-1/2
The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.
The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
