This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit baseball style cap hat, honoring the men of Kentucky who joined John C. Breckenridge (former Vice President of the United States) during our American Civil War. The hat features the famous Civil War Infantry hunters horn insignia in detailed puff style embroidery (the type found on professional baseball caps) in metallic gold, on a dark West Point grey cap. The cap has the Orphan Brigade and 1st Kentucky Infantry embroidered on the rear hat of the hat in a historically accurate infantry blue. 

The Orphan Brigade name came from how the Confederacy viewed its soldiers from Kentucky (which remained neutral in the Union, though half the state seceded and formed the Confederate Government of Kentucky. Kentucky was claimed by both the Confederacy and the Union, and was represented by a star in both countries' flags and had representation in both governments.

Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL
Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.
S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.
L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7-1/2
The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.   
The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
