This is a premium quality, wool blend, flex fit baseball style cap hat, honoring the men of the 54th Massachusetts USCT who responded in large numbers to the national call, and more than prove their willingness to fight for their own freedom. The hat features the famous Civil War Infantry hunters horn insignia in metallic gold puff style embroidery (the type found on professional baseball caps). The cap has 54th MASSACHUSETTS USCT embroidered on the rear hat band in a historically accurate Infantry blue. The cap is designed to be modern representation of the famous navy blue Kepi worn by most United States Army Infantry Regulars and the Volunteer Militia during our Civil War.

Sizing Information: Three sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL

Flex fitted hats fit a range of head sizes, and come in three sizes.

S/M (Small through Medium). So a S/M cap would fit heads with measurements of 21 inches to 22 1/2 inches, or hat sizes 6-3/4 to 7-1/4.

L/XL (Large through Extra Large) hat would fit measurements just over 22 1/2 up to 24 inches, or hat size 7-1/4to 7-1/2

The XXL size would fit hat sizes 7-5/8 and larger.

The most reliable way of sizing is to measure with a tape. There is crossover at the 7-1/4 size. A person with a 7-1/4 head size could wear either a Sm/Med or an L/XL, with the Sm/Med fitting just a little bit more snug.
